11-Quart Stainless Steel Fruit Juicer Steamer

I love that it uses a siphon, instead of a drain, to pull the juice out of the juice room, and it holds a lot of fruit, making it easy to turn them into juice. I\'ve tried other steam juicers and this is the best I\'ve found. It heats up quickly, the job gets done quickly, and it\'s easy to clean. I\'m happy with what I bought.

I've been using a very old steam juicer and love it so when this one went on sale for Prime Day I figured it was time to upgrade. I purchased 40 lbs of cherries to try it out and was able to easily process all 40 pounds into juice in one day. I love that I didn't need to pit the cherries (that was a huge mess last year!) or even remove the stems! Just wash the fruit and toss it in the top strainer, add water to the bottom pan, put the lid on, put the hose into another pot or a jar to catch your juice, and turn on the burner. A short while later you will see delicious juice running into your catch jar. It's that easy! This is absolutely a 5 star product except the hose that is included is so ridiculously short that it's basically useless. Fortunately, it's easy to find the correct hose size at a hardware store and I had some on hand but it's still something that should be included so I deducted one star for that.

A Facebook friend got me interested in steam juicing. I don't have time to manually crush all the fruits I have, so this seemed like a good option. I've run 2-3 batches through it and have been happy with the results. I only wish it had a water level indicator built in, because I accidentally let it run dry- not good! The bottom pan got a bit cooked. It is difficult to lift the top two pans so you can peek in the bottom to check the level while still keeping the pots running. Adding water can be a challenge as well. I got good at balancing the top pans on the edge of the bottom with one hand and pouring with the other. Overall I'm happy with the juicer and looking forward to juicing the many pounds of fruits in my freezer and stuff still on the trees.
