Efficiency and quiet
This unit was pretty straightforward to install and had the help on another guy. Once we figured out the right place to install it and got the power connection it went pretty quick. It’s very efficient and super quiet. So far very happy with it and cooling off our room so fast!

- Q:If I install a total lineset distance of40 ft., is adding R32 neccessary? In other words, how many ft. of lineset can ve installed without adding additional R32?A:Lengthening requires adding 1m of refrigerant and 30g of refrigerant.
Costway representative - Q:At what outdoor temperature can the unit still heat?A:If the outdoor temperature is between 19.4 degrees Fahrenheit and 75.2 degrees Fahrenheit, the product can be heated.

Costway representative - Q:My mini split will be on the 2nd floor. The hole for the cords will be 18 ft from the ground. If I buy this unit, it looks like the cords are 13 ft. What can I do about the additional 5 ft to connect properly to the unit?A:We do not suggest to use longer line set. Or refrigerant needs to be added.
