3-Cup Electric Food Processor Vegetable Chopper with Stainless Steel Blade

I live by myself so when I cook I only make enough for myself and maybe leftovers. I've always wanted a food processor but didn't want a big one since it would be overkill in my situation. I was offered this processor from the Amazon Vine program in exchange for a review. I have used it twice since recieving and for the most part it works well. The first stuff I made was some rosemary salt with fresh rosemary, sage, garlic, lemon zest, coarse kosher salt and I must say it turned out really well. (see photo) The second time I used it was to dice an onion. The dicing wasn't as good as if I had done it myself but it was good enough to use in what I was making that night. Some pieces weren't cut at all and other pieces were starting to liquify. But still, for my recipe, the consistency didn't have to be perfect and more importantly it saved time. Cleaning it is pretty simple. The container and lid can easily be hand handwashed. The blade can be handwashed as well but it rusts very easily which is my only big complaint with this. After my creating the rosemary salt I rinsed off the blade and put it in the sink to actually wash later. But when I came back, the blade already started to show rust. I was able to get the rust off using a brillo pad but from now on I'll wash and dry the blade immediately after use. All in all a pretty decent food processor perfect for a small household.

It’s a great food processor, but it is limited. It doesn’t have the variety of attachments a high end one may have, but it does do the important part well. I also like that it’s small, making it easy to store and clean. My only complaint is I always have a chunk or two of any vegetable that fails to dice up along with the rest of it.
