I was pleased with the entire process from ordering to performance. It was easy to assemble and we love using it.

Happy with this unit. I had an issue but the company stood behind their product and took care of it. It is nicely designed and looks very good. It gets it strength once it is all put together. Take your time and give yourself about an hour to assemble this properly. Tip number 1 is go get a real wrench to assemble this. It does come with one but the wench was bent after about 8 screws. A real crescent wrench will save you plenty of time and hassle. do not tighten all the screws until you get them all threaded otherwise you will be going back and loosening the screw to line them up. I also recommend getting some waterproofing spray and treat the cover. The cover as it comes is not waterproof. After applying 2 coats of silicon waterproofing spray, it now completely beads all the water off. I also have to put clips on the bottom of the cover as otherwise the wind will blow it off. The fire pit puts off a nice amount of heat. Does it emit the same amount of heat from a fire pit burning logs? No. But it is ample and can keep everyone around it warm, plus you do not have embers flying all over you or smoke blowing in your face. Make sure to spread the lava rock out evenly and not to cover up the main outlet. The ignitor works some times and some times it does not, but we just use a torch lighter to light it. Overall happy in the end and will be looking forward to using this on cool nights this summer. In the end, I would recommend the unit and am happy with the purchase.

Did some research for patio fire pit and chose this one. Very happy with it. Good materials used and operates well.

Love the product, just wish corner didn’t come damaged.
