It is one piece, so installing it is simple!!!! It's also sturdy enough to hold its shape while installing. All you need to do is place it over the stairway and start stapling. I'd buy this again without hesitation. Exactly what I envisioned!!!

Whoa! This stopped SO much heat
I live in a swampy area in NC. I bought my home about 2 years ago and my hallway where my drop down attic ladder is was ALWAYS warmer than the rest of the house and when you got near the ceiling before even opening the drop down ladder it was HOT. When I'd open the drop down there would literally be a heat wave pouring out of the attic. Kinda like when you open the oven after baking. Funny story now is that I'm actually selling it so I bought this to make it look more professional up there and now when I open the drop down there is NO heat coming out. When I stick my hand up there I can kinda feel a bit of the heat but I am floored. Really wish I would've bought this a long time ago. Super impressed.

Great tent!
This product worked great. It has kept all the heat from my attic out of my house. I would highly recommend this if you have an attic door in to your house.

Easy to install
Really easy to install by yourself. Fit perfectly and does the job. Added benefit is my kids can pretend they're entering the space shuttle to get stuff in the attic.
