I love the quality of the materials, for the price. As a lot of other reviews indicate, it came with no instructions, but was fairly easy to figure out. If you’ve successfully put together flat pack furniture in the past, you can probably get this together without the instructions (it’s like a 3d puzzle).

Okay - I want to help others as much as I possible can with this review because I searched and searched and just could not find any video instructions or better instructions than what was included with the product. First - This was purchased as a gift for us through someone else’s Amazon account. Because of this, contacting customer support is pretty much a joke if you don’t have the tracking number or product numbers. This was given to us by my mother in laws friend. When I tried contacting support they asked me for the receivers name and the tracking number for the purchase. I don’t know my MIL’s friends name or if it was her Amazon account that was used. It was shipped directly to them and then given to us by MIL so I didn’t have tracking number. All I had was the name of the product. I had to actually search Amazon for it because the name of the company isn’t included on the box. I eventually gave up because I didn’t have tracking number or name of the purchaser. I searched Google and YouTube for video instructions or some better written instructions and couldn’t find any at all. The instructions that come with the product are not helpful. Some of it is easy to do but on one of the first steps, the instructions tell you to put a support bar against the back piece of the drawer by putting the dowel into the hole on the bottom of the drawer. The dowel is WAY too big for the hole on that drawer piece. We literally had to use a drill to make the hole bigger and definitely cracked the wood a little bit. One piece actually came with cracked wood. You can tell that it’s not a good finish on the product. You may need to figure out your own solution with the holes for the drawer supports, which I think are labeled (V). The pictures also state that there should be a way to attach the support to the front part of the drawers (L) but there’s no hole for any screw on (L). We had success with drilling out the sides of the holes and then hammering the dowel in. Attaching the sides to the bars is also difficult. We didn’t have to modify anything but the picture demonstrations aren’t great and there is minimal written instructions. I finally almost have it all together. After two days. I included some pics showing the size difference in the dowels and holes as well as what the sides of the dresser/table look like to hopefully give an idea of end result. When putting the sides together with the bars, make sure to insert the number 3 pieces into the holes to secure the bolts and washer in place. The pictures show an image of including this piece but it’s very small and we missed it the first time.

Really enjoy the size but I have to put 3 stars because 1 the bottom drawer color is not the same as the rest of the changing table & 2 it has some damage done to it as you can see from the picture when I purchased brand new. Not happy about that.

I purchased this to replace an older changing table. It came earlier than suggested though the box arrived damaged. Upon inspection of the parts we found that the gliders for the drawers were broken. When I contacted customer support, it was mediocre. An email a day. What should have taken maybe two days took close to a week before they agreed it was damaged and sent a replacement. When putting the new changing table together we found that the parts weren't made well. When assembling the changing table the wood split in the front upper corner when we screwed it together. I'd rather try and touch it up, hid the crack than deal with the hassle of customer service again. I'm upset and disappointed to have spent so much money on a piece of new furniture to receive broken and ill made parts. All I can say is it serves it's purpose.
