Very positive assistance from customer service.
After installing these four lights one of them went out and we couldn't get it to work. It appeared like something was wrong with the large white part at the bottom. Upon explaining the problem to them, the service rep offered $22, a quarter of the cost. I asked if they would send me a replacement light instead and they did! Now all four lights are working perfectly thanks to their sales rep and their very kind work ethic. Thank you to a great company!

Obviously you need an electrician to install if not savvy in wiring
They are more of a pewter look than what they appear in ad. They are plastic, but not obvious plastic. The style , I am happy with the look. When I think of cost of the last we previously owned (metal) these can't be any worse. The sockets of the last eroded. The outside facial of those were fine, the electrical dangerous. I do hope that these are safe and durable. About installing if you know wiring you will be fine, if not you need to hire an electrician and if that's the issue buy a set for mega bucks.

Up and running for over a year . Just burnt out the first bulb . Durable and have withstood some harsh New England weather .
