Twist Stair Stepper Machine with Handlebar and Monitor

It was a little difficult to put together. Directions were not as clear as they could be.

I got this twist stepper a few days ago. Managed to assemble it myself in about an hour using no tools other than the metric wrench that is supplied and a long fork to pull the training computer cable through the long rods. With a little time & imagination you'll have a great piece of exercise equipment at a very good price. Glad I made the purchase as I felt I needed to quit my gym once again due to Covid.

This thing is very suitable for the current epidemic situation to exercise at home. When I usually just sit on the sofa and watch TV, it can help me do some exercise. Now I can stay inside and watch TV or walk. This is more difficult than regular walking because you have to bear your own weight and have a smaller range of motion. So my hips and hamstrings are sore. It can not only speed up your heart rate, not just walk around randomly. The armbands are also easy to use and detachable, so you don't have to wear them. It is basically assembled, all you have to do is adjust the height and attach the arm strap. There is not much noise at all during use. If you need some extra steps throughout the day but don’t want to go out, I suggest you buy it.

Easy to put together but not made for vigorous use. Plastic pieces just "snap" together. Resistance bands are too long and useless. You get what you pay for.
